Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs or locale changes.
• Weekend and/or extended hours availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and processing transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital banking options (ATMs, Online/Mobile).
• Support sales through outbound client outreach and identifying opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
