Job summary

Orange County's Federal Credit Union in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Relationship Banker/MSR to blend service, sales and problem solving for our members. You will handle teller transactions, open accounts and guide loan applications while building lasting relationships.

The position requires 2+ years in banking, cross-selling experience, and excellent communication, with a schedule including weekdays and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent banking or credit union experience.
• 2+ years of cross-selling and referrals of financial products.
• Clear, friendly communication—professional yet approachable.
• Comfortable learning and using multiple systems and platforms.
• Monday–Saturday availability; 8 AM–6:30 PM weekdays, 8 AM–2:30 PM Saturdays.

Responsibilities

As a Relationship/Personal Banker/Member Service Representative (MSR), you’re more than the face of the branch—you’re a trusted financial partner. You’ll blend service, sales, and problem‑solving to help members confidently navigate their financial journeys.

You’ll bring:

• Banking Experience:
  • 2+ years of recent experience in a bank or credit union
  • Hands‑on experience with teller transactions, new account openings, and consumer lending
• 2+ years cross‑selling and referring financial products
• Clear, friendly communication—professional yet approachable
• Tech Savvy:
  • Comfortable learning and using multiple systems and platforms
• Schedule Flexibility:
  • Monday–Saturday availability
  • Weekdays between 8 AM–6:30 PM and Saturdays 8 AM–2:30 PM

Member Service Rep IV – $23.00–$25.00 per hour

Senior Rep. I - II - $25.50 - $27.00 per hour
