Job Responsibilities:

  1. Engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM.
  2. Accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions for clients as needed.
  3. Having deep conversations with clients to gain in-depth knowledge of their financial and life priorities.
  4. Connecting clients to solutions that meet their financial goals.
  5. Executing the bank's risk culture and striving for operational excellence.
  6. Building relationships with clients to meet their financial needs.
  7. Following established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
  8. Growing business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
  9. Managing financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
  10. Driving the client experience.
  11. Managing cash responsibilities.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic.
  2. Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships.
  3. Passion and commitment to deliver an experience that improves clients’ financial lives.
  4. Confidence in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
  5. Effective communication skills, comfortable engaging all clients.
  6. Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
  7. Confidence in educating clients on conducting simple banking transactions through self-service technologies.
  8. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  9. Efficient time and capacity management.
  10. Flexibility to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.

Desired Qualifications:

  1. Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products, and solutions.
  2. One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment.
  3. Six months of cash handling experience.
  4. Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree.

Minimum Education Requirement:

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
