Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Ability to engage and communicate with clients.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems.
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for clients based on their needs by engaging and communicating with clients.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts, completes service requests and submits credit applications.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service tools to meet financial needs.
• Coordinates with branch team members to serve clients with operational excellence and accuracy.
