Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking Relationship Bankers to build strong client relationships by meeting face to face, assessing banking needs, and guiding customers to suitable deposit and loan products. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• NMLS registration required; background and credit check.
• Ability to educate clients on products and services and provide digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
• Maintains knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services.
• Provides a consistent optimal client experience, including greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
• Develops collaborative partnerships with branch team members and partners.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts, completes service requests and submits credit applications.
• Educates clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services.
