Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous banking experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Computer proficiency in Windows-based systems.
• Ability to travel to Wichita, KS during first week of employment for required training.

Responsibilities

• Build Client Relationships.
• Conduct professional client conversations that build and sustain trust and credibility.
• Discover key life events with clients to tailor bank products and services.
• Recommend and provide accounts, loans, and services.
• Promote bank products and services within and outside the bank.
• Proactively refer to bank partners to generate additional revenue.
• Demonstrate compliance with procedures and manage risk.
• Deliver a consistently superior client experience.
• Assist with teller duties as needed and process client transactions.
