Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with ability to tailor product features to clients.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet banking needs anytime.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult with clients about banking solutions and connect them to our team for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
