Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration; obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand client needs and preferences.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
