Croghan Colonial Bank is seeking a Universal Banker (full-time, on-site) in Bellevue, OH to build and strengthen customer relationships. You will deliver exceptional service, promote CCB products, and support sales goals while maintaining knowledge of banking solutions.

The role requires 1–3 years in banking, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills. Expect standard banking center hours and potential travel to other banking centers as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of banking experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent judgement and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to exercise sound judgement in resolving customer and employee issues.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen consumer and business relationships one customer at a time.
• Provide exceptional customer service and recommend appropriate customer solutions with knowledge of CCB products and services.
• Actively discovers needs and proactively recommends products and services.
• Track and report completed sales and referrals; meet or exceed sales goals.
• Maintain knowledge of CCB products and services; identify opportunities to develop customer relationships and refer to partners.
