Better Banks in the United States (Kentucky region) seeks a Universal Banker to open and close accounts, assist customers, and perform teller duties to support branch goals.

You will identify banking needs, educate on identity protection, and maintain accuracy in daily operations while upholding bank values and teamwork. Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of retail customer service; banking experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of retail customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year banking experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Opens, maintains, and closes customer accounts in accordance with procedures.
• Provides high level customer service in person and by phone.
• Identifies customer needs and offers suitable banking solutions.
• Educates customers on identity fraud and security.
• Performs teller responsibilities per bank policy.
• Supports a team environment and upholds bank values.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
