Position Title: Relationship Banker

Business Unit: Retail

Reports to: Varies Based on Assignment

Position Overview

This position is expected to develop proficiency in basic consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending. The incumbent is responsible for executing branch leads under the direction of the Manager, handling all customer transaction requests, and identifying opportunities for sales or referrals. The role requires adherence to all FNB policies, procedures, strategies, and Core Values. The incumbent may work at various locations within the market.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Promote sales by greeting customers, identifying needs, leveraging leads, and outbound calling. Make recommendations for bank products and services, and incorporate FNB digital products into customer interactions.
  2. Use FNB approved technology to input and maintain data for referrals, customers, and applicants. Manage the lifecycle of relationships according to consumer bank standards.
  3. Perform routine operational duties, including teller transactions and other operational tasks per policies and procedures.
  4. Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
  5. Serve as risk managers by understanding, reporting, and managing daily risks, in line with F.N.B. Corporation’s risk management program.
  6. Ensure compliance with regulatory laws and company procedures.
Minimum Education and Experience

High School diploma or GED; no prior experience required.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Proficiency with personal computers and software: MS Word (Basic), MS Excel (Intermediate), MS PowerPoint (Basic)
  • Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, consumer products, and services
  • Sales and customer service skills
Licenses/Certifications

Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but will be required.
