Primary Office Location: 1940 Murray Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, 15217.

Position Overview

This position is expected to develop proficiency in basic consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending. The incumbent is responsible for executing branch leads under the Manager's direction, handling customer transactions, and identifying opportunities for sales or referrals. Adherence to all FNB policies, procedures, strategies, and Core Values is required. The role may require working at various locations within the market.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Promote sales through greeting customers, identifying needs, leveraging leads, and outbound calling.
  • Make recommendations for banking products and services.
  • Achieve individual weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
  • Incorporate FNB digital products into customer interactions.
  • Use approved technology to input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applications.
  • Perform routine operational duties, including teller transactions.
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
  • Serve as risk managers by understanding, reporting, and managing risks encountered daily.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory laws and company procedures.
Minimum Requirements

Education: High School or GED.

Experience: 0 years of related experience.

  • Organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency with personal computers and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but required.
