11 Foster Avenue. Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. 15205.

Position Overview

This position is expected to develop proficiency in basic consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending. The incumbent is responsible for executing branch leads as directed by the Manager, handling all customer transactions, and identifying opportunities to convert transactions into sales or referral leads. The incumbent will adhere to all FNB policies, procedures, strategies, and Core Values. They may be required to work at various locations within the market.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Promote the sales process through greeting customers, identifying their needs, leveraging sales leads, and outbound calling. Make recommendations for bank products and services, and incorporate FNB digital products into customer interactions.
  2. Use FNB approved branch technology to input and maintain accurate data for referrals, customers, and applicants. Manage the lifecycle of all relationships according to consumer bank standards.
  3. Perform routine operational duties, including teller transactions and other operational tasks according to established policies and procedures.
  4. Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
  5. Serve as risk managers by understanding, reporting, and managing daily encountered risks, in line with F.N.B. Corporation’s risk management program.
  6. Ensure compliance with regulatory laws and company procedures as part of all responsibilities.
Minimum Education and Experience

High School diploma or GED; no prior experience required.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Organizational, analytical, interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Proficient in basic computer software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, consumer products, and sales skills
Licenses/Certifications

Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred; required if applicable.
