About our Position

The Relationship Banker at Telhio Credit Union will be responsible for uncovering and satisfying the needs of our members, acting as a trusted advisor, and providing innovative financial solutions. The role involves delivering extraordinary service, cross-selling products, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday (9am - 5pm) and rotating Saturdays (9am - 2pm).

What you will do:

• Perform transactions accurately and efficiently in DNA (cash withdrawals, deposits, loan payments).
• Process credit card payments via third-party portal.
• Handle IRA/HSA transactions in Ascensus.
• Process member requests for wires.
• Inform members about products, services, and promotions.
• Cross-sell credit union products by answering inquiries and guiding members to appropriate services.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect credit union operations.
• Balance cash drawers and assist with audits.
• Open and maintain accounts, process disputes, and close loans as needed.
• Support branch operations, including opening, closing, and customer service duties.
• Attend events and perform outbound calls for business development and networking.

What you will need:

• At least three years of member/customer service experience.
• Financial services experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills.
• Availability to work some Saturdays.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass background checks including credit, drug screening, and criminal background.
