Job summary

The Bank of Missouri is hiring a Customer Relationship Specialist to assist customers with routine financial transactions and to build lasting relationships. You will identify financial needs and guide customers to the best-suited solutions, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

You will work to expand customer relationships through knowledgeable service, cross-selling opportunities, and teamwork, while adhering to bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2–3 years bank-related experience or training preferred.
• Customer service and cash handling skills are preferred.
• Must be eager and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Understand and protect all customer information, following confidentiality procedures.
• Cultivate, strengthen and maintain relationships with customers.
• Serve customers with regular financial transactions and assess needs to offer suitable products.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services to advise customers accurately.
• Perform deposit account openings, servicing, maintenance, closings, and daily transactions per regulations.
• Foster Business Development to originate new business.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments.
