Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health profession.
• Full, independent licensure as a mental health professional in Minnesota (LMFT, LICSW, LPCC). Pre‑licensed therapists may be considered for related roles.
• At least two years of post‑master's outpatient psychotherapy experience.
• Ability to approach psychotherapy from systemic, relational, and developmental perspectives.
• Formal training in child, couples, family therapy, or related modalities (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver psychotherapy and diagnostic assessment within your clinical areas of competence.
• Develop treatment approaches that reflect relational, cultural, and developmental understanding.
• Engage in regular consultation, Grand Rounds, and reflective supervision with peers.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and clinically meaningful documentation.
• Uphold Lorenz’s commitment to integrity, humility, and systems‑based care.
