Job summary

Lorenz Clinic seeks licensed psychologists to join a clinician-led, family-focused practice on Main Street in Minnesota. The role emphasizes high-quality clinical care, collaboration, and reflective practice, with opportunities for supervision and ongoing professional development.

The successful candidate will provide assessment, psychotherapy, and discharge planning, working within a supportive, equity‑driven culture and a robust benefits package in a hybrid in‑person/remote environment.

Qualifications

• APA-accredited doctoral degree in psychology.
• Full, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Psychologist (LP) in Minnesota (or license-eligible).
• At least 2 years providing clinical supervision (preferred).
• Formal training in child or family therapy (preferred).
• Competence within relational psychotherapy models strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological services including diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and discharge planning for patients of the clinic.
• Attend regular case consultation, Grand Rounds, team meetings, and other required meetings.
• Deliver psychotherapeutic services across clients in a clinic setting, within areas of competence and specialty.
