Job summary

Enact Holdings, Inc. in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Reinsurance Operations Analyst Intern to support onboarding, management, reporting, and surveillance of reinsurance opportunities.

The 12‑week program begins May 17, 2027, with hybrid on‑site support and exposure to industry experts. Work with internal partners (legal, risk, finance, operations, IT) to document requirements, analyze data, and generate insights.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student progressing toward a degree in a related field.
• Minimum GPA 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with data visualization/reporting, preferably Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with basic project management approaches.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to document business requirements and processes.
• Identify trends, generate insights, and communicate findings to support data‑driven decisions.
• Obtain weekly project status from all team members.
• Organize and schedule meetings and assist in project documentation.
• Provide consistent updates on projects to stakeholders.
• Identify operational requirements and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze operations data to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Enact Re team on initiatives directed by the Reinsurance Operations Manager.
• Contribute to Enact’s values of Improvement and Connection through events and development opportunities.
