Enact Holdings, Inc. (Enact) is seeking a Reinsurance Operations Analyst Intern in Raleigh, NC for a 12-week program starting May 17, 2027.

The internship offers exposure to deal onboarding, management, reporting, and project support within the Reinsurance Operations team. You will work with internal partners across legal, risk, finance, operations, and IT to onboard and report on new and existing reinsurance opportunities, while embracing Enact’s values of excellence, improvement, and

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student in good standing (rising junior or senior).
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale required.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Tableau experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to document business requirements and processes.
• Identify trends, generate insights, and communicate key findings to support data-informed decisions.
• Obtain weekly project status from all team members.
• Organize and schedule meetings.
• Prepare and assist in project documentation.
• Provide consistent updates on the project to all stakeholders.
• Identify operational requirements and opportunities for improvement.
• Determine appropriate methods to analyze operations, information, and data.
• Collaborate across the Enact Re team to support team initiatives.
• Support Enact’s values of Improvement and Connection through participation in events.
