Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Supervisor in Morrisville, NC to oversee reimbursement and administrative supervision within the department. The role requires coaching staff, managing daily tasks, and ensuring quality assurance per SOPs and client guidelines.

You will liaise with the Program Manager, prepare productivity reports, and advocate for patients regarding insurance coverage and authorization processes. On-site collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of reimbursement/insurance experience preferred.
• 3-5 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of pharmacy benefit methodologies.
• Extensive knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private payer payment methodologies.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor subordinates and manage performance.
• Liaison between Program Manager and team; manage daily tasks.
• Prepare and review productivity reports.
• Oversee daily reimbursement support per statement of work.
• Communicate with stakeholders to resolve escalations.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and participate in audits.
• Support patients and providers on coverage and reimbursement.
• Travel as needed; live within 50 miles of Morrisville HQ.
