What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create visual design solutions and easy-to-understand reports and dashboards that deliver insights
- Analyze, design, code, configure, test, debug, deploy, document, and maintain reporting assets
- Work with internal/external teams to define necessary information and create solutions based on requirements
- Facilitate information gathering, structured documentation, and present findings effectively

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as business, computer science, or engineering
- 2 years of relevant healthcare claims data experience, preferably in a payer setting
- Technical skills and knowledge surrounding reimbursement rates and fee schedule adjustments
- Proven experience using Snowflake and Python
- History of taking a basic healthcare data request from concept to actionable reporting

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with AI tools (e.g., Cortex)
- Previous creation of reimbursement models for healthcare contracts
