Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, SQL and Visio a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly accounts receivable analysis and identify payer reimbursement trends.
• Conduct root cause analysis and collaborate with business units and clients.
• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards (Excel, Power BI) to drive improvements in RCM.
• Suggest corrective and preventative actions and coordinate implementation with stakeholders.
• Track reimbursement improvements and present results to management and clients.
• Evaluate client performance against KPIs and benchmarks.
• Prepare summary findings for monthly briefings and quarterly reviews.
• Create ad hoc reports to support analysis work and BI enhancements.
