Job summary

Princess Cruises is seeking a Specialist, Rehearsal & Wardrobe Operations to lead shoreside warehouse, inventory, footwear, housing, and transportation logistics for production cast. You will coordinate with Wardrobe Operations, Studio Operations, Casting, and external partners to ensure readiness and efficiency across rehearsal periods.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Theatre, Entertainment Management, Arts Administration, Hospitality Management, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in entertainment operations, warehouse management, hospitality operations, logistics, or production operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional operations and managing vendor relationships.
• Experience supporting theatrical productions or live events is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shoreside entertainment warehouse operation, ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee housing, transportation, and housing logistics for cast throughout rehearsal cycles.
• Manage procurement, shipping, receiving, and inventory forecasting to meet budget objectives.
• Develop and monitor vendor performance and cross-functional alignment with Casting and Studio Operations.
• Plan and execute cast housing and transportation logistics to ensure a positive cast experience.
• Provide operational leadership across multiple workstreams and projects.
