Job summary
Princess Cruises is seeking a Specialist, Rehearsal & Wardrobe Operations to oversee shoreside rehearsal operations, wardrobe inventory, housing logistics, and cast transportation. The role partners with Wardrobe, Studio Operations, Casting, and external vendors to ensure readiness, efficiency, and an exceptional cast experience.
Responsibilities include inventory control, footwear lifecycle management, vendor management, and cross-functional project leadership to optimize rehearsal logistics
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Theatre or related field preferred.
- 5–7 years in entertainment operations or logistics.
- Experience leading cross-functional operations.
- Experience in housing, logistics, inventory, or procurement desirable.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee shoreside entertainment warehouse operations and inventory accuracy.
- Manage housing, transportation logistics and cast housing.
- Lead procurement, shipping, and receiving activities.
- Coordinate with Casting, Studio Operations and Wardrobe.
- Monitor vendor performance and drive process improvements.
