Job summary

Altius Group is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to identify risk factors affecting return-to-work and to develop practical strategies for injured workers. You will deliver holistic assessments, initial needs assessments, workplace and vocational assessments, and coordinate with employers and medical professionals.

You will provide vocational counselling, wellbeing programs, and upskilling opportunities, while maintaining case management under the WorkCover scheme and supporting clients

Qualifications

• AHPRA provisional psychologist registration or ASORC Rehabilitation Counsellor qualification is required.
• Current drivers' licence and reliable vehicle with insurance.
• Full working rights in Australia

Responsibilities

• Complete return-to-work case management for injured workers under WorkCover.
• Provide holistic support through Initial Needs Assessments, Workplace Assessments and Vocational Assessments.
• Deliver Vocational Counselling and facilitate interventions, wellbeing programs, training and upskilling.
• Collaborate with individuals, employers, medical and allied health professionals
