Job summary

Duly Health and Care seeks a Rehabilitation Technician for the Westmont Cass Ave clinic to support PT/OT teams in patient care and exercise therapy. You will set up equipment, guide patients through plans of care, and help maintain a smooth clinic workflow.

The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with hours Monday–Friday, 7:00am–7:00pm, occasional Saturdays, and some travel to other sites. Benefits and 401(k) matching are provided.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required (certification offered through Duly Health and Care).
• High School Diploma required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and abbreviations.
• Understand principles and precautions for therapy modalities.
• Ability to set up and adjust therapy equipment.
• Identify movement planes and proper exercise positioning.
• Team-oriented with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute plans of care under guidance of PT/OT providers.
• Monitor patient safety and response to exercise intensity.
• Set up and adjust exercise equipment and modalities.
• Educate patients on exercises with demonstrations and cueing.
• Coordinate clinic flow and scheduling with front desk and clinicians.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and stock supplies.
