Job summary

Endeavor Health in Rolling Meadows, IL is seeking a Rehab Technician for outpatient physical rehab services. The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with hours 7:30am–4:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities include assisting therapists with patient setup, supporting various treatment activities, and maintaining equipment and records. High school diploma and AHA BLS CPR certification are required. This position offers benefits and opportunities within a growing integrated health system.

Hourly Pay Range
$18.84 - $27.32 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights

• Position: Rehab Technician –Outpatient Physical Rehab Services


• Location: Rolling Meadows, IL


• Full time/Part time: Full Time, 40 hours/week


• Hours: 7:30am – 4:00pm (Monday - Friday)

What You Will Do

• Assists therapist with patient set-up prior to treatment and with equipment removal following treatment.


• Provides support and assistance in various patient treatment activities


• Communicates treatment effects and changes in patient condition to the therapist


• Maintains department equipment, supplies and accessories.


• Cleans all equipment, maintains logs and checks equipment condition. Performs inventory control of departmental supplies and equipment.


• Performs various clerical tasks which may include: filing medical records and patient documentation, retrieving medical records for HIM/EHS/PFS and copying records for requesting departments.


• Copies and faxes documentation to physicians and maintains log book. Prepares folders for therapy staff and envelopes for mailing and departmental correspondence.


• Orders and maintains linen supplies, changes linens as needed and removes linen bags at end of day and/or as needed.


• Coordinates therapists’ daily caseloads and schedules as appropriate

What You Will Need

• Education: The level of knowledge normally obtained through the completion of four years of high school, or the equivalent.


• Certification: American Heart Association BLS CPR certification
