PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Texarkana is seeking a Rehabilitation Technician to join our inpatient care team. You will participate in patient activities and assist the therapy staff under supervision, contributing to compassionate care for a diverse patient population.

The ideal candidate may have prior inpatient hospital experience or a strong desire to learn, with a required current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• No experience required; healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient activities under supervision.

Under the direct supervision of a Therapist or Therapy Assistant, the Rehabilitation Technician will be responsible for participating in patient activities. The Rehabilitation Technician must be flexible to meet the needs of the department and provide clerical backup as needed to the department.

• Education and Training: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Current BLS certification required.
• Experience: No experience required. Prior healthcare experience is highly preferred.
