Job summary

Qualifications

• Level I requires basic clerical work experience and training concepts.
• Level II requires broader clerical duties and vendor coordination.
• Level III requires advanced case management and data handling in rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled technical assistance to rehabilitation staff for direct client services.
• Assist clients in completing applications for services.
• Arrange and authorize services within approved rehabilitation plans.
• Process case data (applications, eligibility, IPEs, notes, authorizations).
• Maintain and transfer case records using the information system.
• Perform general office and receptionist duties as needed.
