Alliance Orthopedics, a leading multidisciplinary practice, is seeking a Rehabilitation Technician to support patient therapy sessions and assist with rehabilitation protocols. The ideal candidate will be positive, energetic, compassionate, and able to work with a diverse patient population.

This role involves assisting Physical Therapists and other specialists during sessions, performing basic administrative duties, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients to and from therapy areas
• Help patients with mobility issues
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises
• Support patient progression using Physical Performance Testing (PPTs)
• Set up therapy equipment and modalities
• Sanitize therapy areas after each use
• Help with inventory and supplies
• Support patients through their rehabilitation programs
• Ensure smooth patient flow
• Monitor and report patient progress
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Report any patient concerns to providers and staff
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Participate in marketing and outreach activities as needed

Requirements

• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience or equivalent
• Physical ability to lift and move patients
• Patience and compassion
• Strong interpersonal skills
