Qualifications

What you will do in this role:
  • Follow patient care-related tasks as determined by the OTR/RPT to assist the patient in achieving optimal goals
  • Communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms with members of the rehabilitation team
  • Perceive patient reactions to treatment and read instructions with visual acuity
  • Able to lift and carry equipment, supplies, and materials weighing up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 6-12 months relevant experience in a rehab setting (strongly recommended)
  • CPR certification (when required)
  • Willingness to participate in on-the-job training after initial orientation
