• Assist patients with care-related tasks as directed by the OTR/RPT to achieve optimal goals
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing with the rehabilitation team
• Perceive patient reactions to treatment and read instructions, requiring visual acuity
• Lift and carry equipment, supplies, and materials up to 50 lbs regularly
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6-12 months relevant experience in a rehab setting (strongly recommended)
• CPR certification (as required)
• Willingness to participate in on-the-job training after initial orientation
