Responsibilities

• Assist therapist and Manager in recording patient treatment logs.
• Demonstrate effective time management and prioritization of duties.
• Prioritize therapy staff and patient needs to optimize technician support.
• Keep equipment and treatment areas clean, organized, and safe per health regulations.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living as needed.
• Help prepare survey readiness to maintain compliance across locations.
• Maintain safety through proper body mechanics and transfers.
• Maintain and log equipment temperature and safe operation.
• Monitor supplies and coordinate ordering with Manager.
• Prepare patients for treatment and manage pre/post-therapy equipment.
• Assist with transfers and transport within Joint Replacement Program when needed.
• Organize and maintain therapy equipment, including cleaning rooms.
• Complete other duties and projects as assigned.
• Assist in orienting/training staff; Educate staff on equipment use and care.
• Enter engineering work orders; Support Performance Improvement program; Assist with communication to therapy staff.
