Responsibilities

• Assist with setup for physical, occupational, and speech therapy treatments.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment per infection control protocols.
• Communicate with supervisor and healthcare personnel as directed.
• Coordinate scheduling needs with therapists for residents.
• Transport, transfer, and prepare patients and equipment as directed.
• Complete and submit logs and forms as required.
• Refer clinical questions to supervising Therapist and report unusual events.
• Participate in denials management activities and monitor supplies.
• Attend team meetings and rehab training; engage in community programs.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and company information.
