Job summary

Orlando Health, Inc. Rehabilitation Supervisor position seeks a leader to guide an assigned rehab team and oversee day-to-day operations, balancing clinical involvement with supervisory duties. You will collaborate with the Operations Manager to support program development, staffing, budgeting, and quality of care.

You will coach staff, ensure documentation accuracy, and maintain compliance with healthcare standards while driving performance and service excellence within the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a rehabilitation field.
• Current license in Florida as an Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Audiologist or Speech Language Pathologist; SLP must have CCC.
• Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
• Four (4) years’ of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: manages daily operations including staffing, workload balance, scheduling and resource allocation.
• Clinical Quality & Safety: supports coaching, documentation accuracy, and adherence to standards.
• Finance & Business Performance: collaborates on budgeting, productivity, and cost management.
• Team Leadership & Culture: participates in hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and staff development.
