Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a rehabilitation field.
• Four years of related experience.
• Current Florida license as OT/PT/Audiologist or SLP; SLP requires CCC.
• Maintains BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Operational oversight of daily rehabilitation operations and staffing.
• Clinical quality and safety oversight with staff coaching and documentation.
• Budgeting, payroll oversight, inventory, and policy compliance.
• Participates in hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Engages in meetings and community activities to promote Orlando Health.
