Job summary

Park Nicollet is seeking a Rehab Scheduling Coordinator to join our Home Care team. You will support daily staffing, triage calls, and coordinate with therapists and staff to ensure timely, quality patient care.

Work Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:30pm, with a focus on accurate scheduling, strong communication, and exceptional service for patients and families served by our Home Care team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills including Excel and Word.
• Organized and detail oriented; able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the home care department with staffing and scheduling functions.
• Triages calls from patients and families and coordinates with therapists and staff.

Position Summary:

The Homecare Rehab Scheduling Coordinator assists the home care department in providing quality care and services to patients and their families by performing day-to-day staffing/scheduling functions and other administrative duties for the rehab team. The Scheduling Coordinator triages phone calls from and communicates information to patients and their families, facility staff, the therapists, and other department staff regarding scheduling and other pertinent issues.

Work Schedule:

Monday -Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
