Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in mental health or psychosocial rehabilitation.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation for clients as needed
• Assist with money management, appointment scheduling, and dietary coaching
• Support daily living activities (ADLs) and teach essential life skills
• Facilitate shopping and cleaning tasks to promote independence
• Driving clients to any appointments and other daily needs
• Engage clients in their recovery process and offer compassionate support
