Stanford Health Care in Palo Alto is seeking a Rehabilitation Services Supervisor to lead an assigned clinician group within Rehab Services and ensure efficient patient care. The role involves direct supervision, coordination of staff development, and collaboration with leadership to improve service delivery.

You will support clinical and administrative operations, guide staffing, scheduling, and program improvements while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a work-related discipline/field from an accredited college or university.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Four (4) years of progressively responsible work experience with at least one year in a supervisory/management role.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and organizational administration.

Responsabilités

• Provides direct patient care and supports assigned clinical team.
• Manages workflows and supports staff to ensure quality care.
• Contributes to short- and long-range plans for rehabilitation delivery and process improvements.
• Leads staff recruitment, training, evaluation, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Collaborates with Managers/Director on operations and strategic plans for the rehab area.
• Ensures compliance with licenses, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
