• Current California PT, OT, or ST license.
• Bachelor's degree required; master’s in business of health preferred.
• Minimum 5 years clinical experience in acute care setting.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Prior budget, project management, program planning and development experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Rehabilitation Services department including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy for in and out-patients at El Camino Hospital locations in Mountain View and Los Gatos.
• Provide effective leadership and work closely with department staff and managers of other departments.
• Responsible for achieving the Department mission, goals and objectives; budget preparation, regulatory compliance and equipment maintenance.
• Staff recruitment, retention, development, training and performance management.
