• Develops treatment plans aligned with reimbursement levels.
• Educates staff and other professionals on intervention benefits.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises the work of assistants and students under guidelines.
• Maintains safety procedures regarding personal protection and patient safety.
• Keeps documentation including evaluations, progress notes and monthly reports.
• Screens individuals who may benefit from therapeutic intervention.
• Performs referrals to other rehab team members.
