Job summary

Connecticut Orthopaedics in Fairfield, CT seeks a Rehabilitation Services Supervisor to oversee daily clinic operations and supervise all direct patient care staff. The role reports to the Director of Rehabilitation and ensures clinical and operational updates are communicated.

The ideal candidate has a CAPTE-accredited PT degree, at least three years in orthopaedics with leadership experience, and CT licensure with BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Minimum of three (3) years Orthopaedic experience with prior leadership experience preferred.
• Licensed in the state of Connecticut and Basic Life Support

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily clinic operations and supervises direct patient care staff.
• Keeps the Director of Rehabilitation informed of clinical and operational updates.
• Prepares clinic reports via EMR and ensures HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
• Leads regular clinic meetings and coordinates scheduling and patient needs.
• Maintains patient treatment schedules and communicates with referring physicians and agencies.
