Job summary

Connecticut Orthopaedics is seeking a Rehabilitation Services Supervisor to oversee daily clinic operations and supervise all patient care staff. The role reports to the Director of Rehabilitation and requires leadership in overseeing clinical and operational updates.

The candidate will manage schedules, ensure accurate EMR documentation, and maintain high standards of patient care. The position calls for a CAPTE-accredited PT graduate with CT licensure and 3+ years of orthopaedic experience,

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Minimum of three years Orthopaedic clinical experience; leadership preferred.
• Licensed to practice physical therapy in Connecticut and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation clinic and supervise direct patient care staff.
• Report to the Director of Rehabilitation with clinical and operational updates.
• Maintain patient treatment schedules and ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation in EMR.
• Lead clinic meetings, manage staffing, and coordinate community outreach.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and professional standards.
