Job summary

El Camino Health is seeking a Rehabilitation Services Manager to lead the department that includes Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy for in- and out-patients at Mountain View and Los Gatos locations.

You will provide leadership, work with staff and other departments to achieve mission, manage resources and budget, plan development, and ensure regulatory compliance; you will recruit, develop, train and evaluate staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed California PT/OT/ST.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's in health business preferred.
• Minimum 5 years clinical experience in acute care.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Prior budget, project management, program planning and development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages Rehabilitation Services department including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy for in- and out-patients at El Camino Hospital locations in Mountain View and Los Gatos.
• Provides effective leadership and works closely with department staff and managers of other departments.
• Responsible for achieving the Department mission, goals and objectives.
• Provides responsible resource/fiscal management and continuous performance improvement.
• Responsible for program planning and development, equipment and facilities planning, budget preparation, regulatory compliance, and equipment maintenance.
• The manager is responsible for staff recruitment, retention, development, training and performance management.
