FTE 1 Scheduled Bi-Weekly Hours 80 Work Shift Day: 8 hours
Manages Rehabilitation Services department including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy for in and out-patients at El Camino Hospital locations in Mountain View and Los Gatos. Provides effective leadership and works closely with department staff and managers of other departments. Responsible for achieving the Department mission, goals and objectives. Provides responsible resource/fiscal management and continuous performance improvement. Responsible for program planning and development, equipment and facilities planning, budget preparation, regulatory compliance, and equipment maintenance. The manager is responsible for staff recruitment, retention, development, training and performance management.
Salary Range: $81.30 - $121.94 USD Hour
