Qualifications

• At least one (1) year of management experience in rehabilitative medicine.
• IRF/management experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments on residents referred for therapy and recommend changes.
• Develop teaching plans based on resident learning needs.
• Oversee scheduling of treatments and maintain departmental productivity standards.

Skills

Clinical assessment and treatment planning

Strong communication

Education

Current state licensure/certification as PT, Speech Pathologist, or OTR certified by NBCOT

Current BLS certification
