Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in Pompton Plains, New Jersey, seeks a Rehabilitation Manager to lead therapy services across the continuum of care. You will oversee Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy with a focus on high-quality, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities include staffing, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to improve outcomes and satisfaction. Experience with older adults and state licensure are essential.

• Experience in working with the older adult population related to the therapies is required.

Responsibilities

• Consistently and appropriately responding to the needs and concerns of residents, families, staff, and visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous manner.
• Working with the interdisciplinary team to achieve the highest functional level of all customers and promote coordinated, efficient care with a customer service focus.
• Ensuring the department’s overall compliance with the attainment of goals/objectives, as related to clinical, fiscal, operational, and customer service targets.
• Monthly analyzing and reporting on company metrics which include statistics, staffing, budget variances, clinical benchmarking, and other items related to the success of the business
• Creating and executing effective staffing and scheduling patterns to achieve efficient, cost-effective care.
• Developing and implementing a comprehensive, integrated marketing and outreach program to facilitate the growth of rehabilitation services across the community
• Following Medicare, state/federal regulations, and company policies and procedures for all business lines.
• Ensuring departmental understanding and compliance in documentation, billing reimbursement, resident rights, customer service, and compliance, and other requirements as defined in the respective regulations
• Maintaining all departmental reports, statistics, and record systems compliant with policy and privacy standards
• Orienting and training new staff
