Job summary

MyMichigan Medical Group in Midland, MI is seeking a Rehabilitation Services professional to maintain daily operations, plan programs, and oversee the department’s budget within Rehabilitation Services. The role centers on patient-focused care aligned with PT/OT/ST standards and physician orders.

You will supervise clinical and support staff, educate patients and families, and coordinate care with physicians, insurers, and community partners to promote rehabilitation services.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a PT/OT/ST curriculum with licensure
• Michigan license/registration required per discipline
• Minimum two years of clinical experience in a medical center or similar setting
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and state/professional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient function and develop goal-oriented treatment plans.
• Coordinate plan of care with physicians and staff.
• Educate patient and family on pathology, prognosis, and rationale for treatment.
• Supervise clinical and ancillary staff.
• Schedule staff and manage supplies and equipment.
• Complete monthly and incident reports and other requested documentation.
