Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arizona.
• 1 year hospital experience required.
• Experience in acute rehabilitation hospital preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• TB test within 1 year.
• Physical within 6 months.
• Fingerprint clearance current.

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident care is maintained in a clean, safe environment.
• Develop and ensure nursing care plans with physicians, therapists, and aides.
• Make nursing diagnoses to guide care strategy.
• Collaborate with residents and healthcare team.
• Record medication administration.
• Monitor staff for safety and regulatory compliance.
• Follow procedures for nursing equipment and supplies.
• Perform additional duties as directed.
