Job summary

MEP Health is seeking a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse to lead patient care in a rehab-focused environment. The role involves developing and evaluating individualized care plans, supervising nursing staff, and coordinating with departments to ensure comprehensive care.

CRRN certification is mandatory, with CPR (ACLS preferred) and state RN licensure required. Typically, two years of inpatient hospital or rehab experience is preferred to excel in this fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform Charge Nurse duties as needed and educate patients and caregivers on treatments, tests, and medications.
• Participate in interdisciplinary conferences and provide emergency response as required.
• Provide ongoing education and training for nursing staff.
